CAPDOWN ARE PLAYING HEVY?
I may have to consider this…

Have a tasty day.
I need to see these guys again. There was a point last year where it felt like I was seeing Random Hand every other week. I didn;t go to a couple of their local shows because I felt like I over did it. Now I remember why I loved seeing them in the first place…
I miss Random Hand…
Tony Hawk’s underground.
I would go as far as to say that no game has ever had a better soundtrack. Skate quickly became boring, and this could partly be due to the slow, twangy indie/classic rock soundtrack. Maybe also it was the fact that the game tried to stop me being insane by having a semi-realistic learning curb. If I wanted reality I’d go out and skateboard for real, and I havent done that in a long time for that very reason. I could fall off a rollercoaster on Tony Hawks and carry on rolling. It made no sense, and it was awesome. If I fall over in real life then I’ll graise my knee, which I don’t want to do.
That said I do actually miss skateboarding on some level. Hanging out with friends on Penance waterfront, falling into gravelly deathtraps fucking up pop-shuvvits off the abandoned Jewsons warehouse…It’s just that until recently, the soundtrack to pretend skateboarding was better that the real thing.
Aaaaah pop punk and such.
There are no better soundtracks than this game, unless maybe another Tony Hawks soundtrack. Anyone says anything different and I’ll punch you right in the kisser.
I love life.
Farse-firing line. Songs don’t get much better.

I’m gonna be blasting this out all day. Incredible album. One day I’ll catch them on tour…one day…
ITS 1:39 , AND MY DAY IS ALREADY AWESOME. On top of the delicious eggs that I just wolfed down, I just found this picture. Jeff Rosenstock (of ASOB and Bomb the music industry infamy) AND Andrew WK in one picture? It feels so good when multiple dumb things you’re into colide.
BOUGHT THIS TODAY!
The print on the vinyl is loooovely. Particularly the front! It was just lying around in an old record store that sold mostly prog records, got home and looked it up. Apparently the picture disc is rare. Result!
Farse-firing line. Songs don’t get much better.
